Technical Recruiter
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to manage our technical recruitment process.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to identify hiring needs and role requirements.
* Source, evaluate, and engage candidates for various technical positions.
* Coordinate the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, possess a strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends, and demonstrate proficient sourcing skills using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other platforms. They should also be able to thrive in a dynamic, remote-first work environment and have an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
