**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development and updating of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Support the HSE Specialist in conducting workplace hazard assessments and environmental impact analyses.
- Help ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including necessary workplace monitoring.
- Participate in investigations of incidents, identifying root causes and contributing to prevention measures.
- Collaborate on organizing safety training sessions and awareness programs for employees and visitors.
- Support in the preparation and submission of required HSE documentation and reports.
- Assist in managing first aid, firefighting, and evacuation drills, ensuring proper communication with responsible entities.
- Participate in internal audits to ensure adherence to HSE standards and good practices.
Your qualification
- Recently completed a degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
- Knowledge of local and international HSE regulations (preferable but not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of risk assessments and workplace safety practices.
- Fluent English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge in PowerBi (preferable but not mandatory).
