Market Development and Sales Management
As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving market development, customer acquisition, and sales management. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute strategies that result in increased revenue and market share.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the food ingredients or food additives industry, with a strong background in hydrocolloid technology. Proficiency in carrageenan, agar, konjac gum, and blended solutions is essential for success in this role.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans, visiting customers, and establishing new business relationships. Your ability to collect and analyze customer information, as well as manage sales contracts, will be crucial to your success.
In addition to your technical expertise, you must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with fluency in English and Chinese. Proficiency in office software and good commercial negotiation abilities are also required.
