 
        
        We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Technical Recruiter to join our team.
 * This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent in Latin America for U.S.-based companies.
Key Requirements:
 1. 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
 2. Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
 3. Understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
 4. Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 5. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
Responsibilities:
 1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
 2. Build strong pipelines of technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
 3. Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
 4. Post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
 5. Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
 6. Maintain data accuracy and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
