✨ About the Role
We’re looking for Sales Representatives who want a flexible, remote opportunity to help talented people find great jobs — and get paid extremely well for it.
This is not a typical “marketing” or “recruiting” job.
Your role is simple:
👉 Share Refer with people who qualify
👉 When they join and get accepted — you earn
👉 If they get hired — you earn big
That's it.
💰 Compensation (Commission Only)
You earn:
* $50 for every qualified user you bring who signs up
* $1,000 if they get hired or make a hire through Refer
There is no limit to how much you can earn.
Some ambassadors make a few hundred dollars per week.
Some make thousands.
