* Foster strong, long-term relationships with partners through regular communication and collaboration.
* Develop a deep understanding of partners' businesses, market specifics, and unique needs.
* Support partners in migrating their customers to our platform, ensuring smooth transitions.
* Monitor partners' business success, identifying challenges and opportunities for growth.
* Engage with technology partners to drive collaboration and lead exchange.
* Gather domain knowledge to anticipate market trends and enhance partner engagement strategies.
* Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
* Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree.
* Experience in sales or customer service roles in the IT sphere.
* Full professional proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish at a working fluent level.
* Recorded public speaking experience is a plus.
* Excellent memory, developed logical thinking, ability to analyze information, and draw conclusions.
* Time-management skills in a saturated work environment.
