 * Maintain and Strengthen Client Relationships: Ensure exceptional service through regular communication and seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.
 * Expand Market Presence: Engage with 20+ identified financial institutions in Brazil to onboard new clients over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
 * Serve as main point of contact for existing customer in Brazil.
 * Conduct regular calls with clients to facilitate effective communication.
 * Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns proactively to ensure loyalty.
New Business Development
 * Build on sales team foundation to engage with prospects in Brazil's banking and finance sector.
 * Develop strategic sales approach to introduce offerings emphasizing competitive advantages.
 * Nurture relationships with potential clients and manage them through sales pipeline.
Market Insight and Reporting
 * Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in Brazil.
 * Provide regular reports to global sales team on client activities and new business opportunities.
 * Share insights from Brazilian market to influence broader company strategy.
Work Arrangement
 * Initial Setup: Part-time (16–24 hours per week, 2–3 days).
 * Potential Transition: Role may evolve into full-time based on workload, client engagement, and success in new business acquisition.
