Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer

We are seeking a skilled software developer with expertise in Ruby and Rails to join our team.

2. You will leverage your deep experience in Ruby on Rails to design and develop robust web applications that support continued growth.
3. Our ideal candidate will be able to adapt quickly to new projects and move between tasks with ease.

Bonus points will be given for experience building applications with StimulusReflex and Hotwire, comfort with front-end development using JavaScript, Stimulus, View Components, and SCSS, and prior experience working on internationally distributed teams.

* Expertise in Ruby and Rails with at least 3 years of experience.
* Strong knowledge of Postgres and Redis.
* Deep understanding of web application development: design, architecture, configuration, performance optimization, integration, and analytics.
