Visual Creative Strategist
At our company, we're on a mission to create emotion-led ad creative that drives growth and sparks nostalgia. As our new Visual Creative Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing compelling visual concepts, partnering with editors and UGC creators, and scaling high-converting video ideas for Meta platforms.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record of creating video ads that convert. Your strengths in music selection, timing, and visual narrative will shine in this role. Comfortable with data analysis and dashboard reading, you'll be able to decide the next test and iterate fast.
* You'll own visual creative strategy from concept to brief to edit to test to scale.
* Collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers on weekly sprints.
* Maintain a swipe file of winning references and trend formats.
* Coordinate whitelisting/influencer assets as needed.
