The CED will grow and retain business with existing clients in LATAM, exceed aggressive client‑retention and growth goals, and lead a high‑performance “farmer” sales team that actively expands the company’s footprint across all Rimini Street services.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLeadership, Team Development, Account Expansion by Solution Selling and Closing Cross‑Sell OpportunitiesHire, onboard, train, and manage a team of 3‑4 SEMs that consistently overachieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.Collaborate with corporate support functions to provide operational and functional support to direct reports.Develop and execute an account plan that exceeds quarterly quota targets by identifying and closing cross‑sell opportunities.Guide clients through full Rimini Street services and support adoption using a solution‑selling approach.Provide weekly sales and renewal forecasts to the GVP, Regional GM.Partner with marketing to implement a coordinated go‑to‑market strategy for account‑based marketing.Maintain client sales and renewal activities in Salesforce.Com.Client Retention and Contract RenewalsWork closely with Renewals Sales, pre‑sales technical resources, Product Line Managers, Service Delivery leaders, and other internal teams to retain clients and secure renewals of all recurring‑revenue contracts.Identify renewal risks well before contract expiration dates and collaborate with internal teams on strategies and proposals to mitigate risks.Achieve or exceed annual retention targets, compensating for renewal losses by expanding the client’s IT estate, adding services, or cross‑selling additional solutions.Account Management and Client SatisfactionManage overall client relationships to create a positive experience and high satisfaction.Maximize customer value, ensuring all entitled services and products are deployed and used.Maintain strategic alignment, develop client‑specific plans, and partner on full portfolio adoption.Leverage client relationships for references, success stories, testimonials, and marketing assets.Develop and nurture executive relationships across the client base.Keep clients updated on the full service offering portfolio and ongoing innovations.Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights to help evolve Rimini Street’s offerings.Oversee Service Delivery and Manage MarginsCollaborate with Global Support Delivery teams to ensure high‑quality, efficient service delivery that meets SLAs and drives customer satisfaction.Coordinate with Onboarding, Service Delivery, Product Delivery, and other Rimini Street teams to meet SLAs, deliver on time, and provide full value to clients.Ensure escalations are managed within the escalation system and advocate for successful resolution.Manage margins at the deal level and suggest improvements to increase overall profit margin for assigned clients.Experience10+ years selling enterprise software and services, building new markets or businesses in startup or international enterprise environments.5+ years in post‑sales customer‑facing roles (Account Management, Customer Success, or equivalent).5+ years in sales leadership with a proven track record of building high‑performing teams and achieving revenue targets.5+ years selling technology services (software support, managed services, professional services).Experience selling services and solutions for existing software products.Ability to develop executive relationships and leverage them for references, marketing assets, and events.Track record of outstanding sales achievement, consistently exceeding quota and winning President’s Club.Experience managing deals, client accounts, and portfolios to meet expense and margin targets.Proven ability to help clients leverage IT solutions to meet business objectives.Demonstrated success in leading cross‑functional teams to execute projects and corporate initiatives.Experience in team‑selling; over 50% of the role involves selling with direct reports and helping them close deals.EducationBachelor’s degree (Masters preferred; equivalent work experience accepted).LocationSão Paulo, Brazil – within commuting distance of the regional office.LanguageFluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.Why Rimini Street?We’re building the future at Rimini Street.
