Job Overview
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Customer Success Senior Manager. This role involves ensuring seamless client onboarding, managing client relationships, and facilitating meetings and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and optimize bio pages for new clients
• Coordinate with account managers to ensure client setup is completed efficiently
• Configure calendar linking systems and GHL account setups
• Ensure every new client has a flawless onboarding experience
Client Relationship Management
• Facilitate and manage all client offboarding communications professionally
• Execute drip message campaigns and implement client-requested changes
• Conduct thorough account audits to identify and resolve messaging errors
• Handle monthly billing follow-ups and renewal communications
Meeting Support & Documentation
• Attend weekly client meetings as the CSM's right-hand person
• Take detailed meeting notes and create actionable task lists
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure client requests are tracked and completed
• Maintain organized records of all client interactions and outcomes
Requirements
• 2+ years of executive assistant or client support experience
• Proficiency with CRM systems (GHL experience preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in digital marketing or financial services
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
• Previous experience supporting customer success teams
