The Quality Analyst provides support to internal and external sales teams, relieving them of administrative or related tasks. Uses intermediate to advanced knowledge of the products and services offered to support customers and sales teams. Job objective: To increase the effectiveness of the sales process, ensuring that the highest sales quality standards are consistently met across all our operations in Brazil. This involves monitoring, evaluation, and training to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities: Audit and evaluate sales calls and communications to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Develop quality improvement strategies based on audit findings, with a focus on improving the customer experience. Provide constructive feedback and customized training sessions to the sales team based on identified gaps. Work closely with sales managers to refine sales processes and implement best practice guidelines. Compile detailed reports on quality assurance metrics for review by senior management. Requirements: More than 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role in a sales-oriented environment. Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English (minimum level B2 - fluent). Advanced skills in CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot. Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement. Live in São Paulo - SP and have easy access to the Concentrix EZ Tower unit.
