We are seekingdetail-oriented and dedicated professionalswith hands-on experience inaudio transcription and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately converting audio content into written text, maintaining high standards of accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Listen carefully to audio recordings andtranscribe them into clear, accurate, and grammatically correct text .
Identify andcorrect transcription errors, ensuring proper spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
Handledifferent accents, speech clarity levels, and background noiseswith attention to detail.
Tag and label transcriptionsas per project guidelines.
Review, proofread, and edit transcripts forquality, accuracy, and completeness .
Follow client-specific formatting and delivery instructions.
Work closely with project leads and QA teams tomeet daily quality and productivity targets .
Maintainconfidentiality and data securityof all content handled.
Requirements:
Proven experience inaudio transcriptionor related linguistic work.
Excellent command ofEnglish (or other project-specific language)with strong grammar and listening skills.
Good typing speed and accuracywith familiarity in transcription tools or software.
Ability to work independently andmeet tight deadlines .
High attention to detailand ability to follow formatting guidelines strictly.
Must have areliable internet connection, functional laptop/desktop, and good-quality headphones(mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience inAI training, transcription QA, or linguistic data projects .
Familiarity withtimestamping, labeling, or annotation tasks .
Experience working withglobal transcription platformsor large-scale linguistic projects.
