We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect to lead the development of cloud-based applications using Databricks and AWS services.
* Design and implement scalable data pipelines utilizing Databricks workflows and Spark-based processing.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-native solutions that meet business requirements.
* Implement application features using AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, and Python-based development.
* Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices.
* Troubleshoot and optimize performance across data and application layers.
* Maintain documentation and contribute to agile project management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Databricks experience with project or engagement delivery.
* Proficiency in data engineering workflows, notebooks, and Spark-based processing within Databricks.
* AWS Full Stack Development experience including certification at Foundational or Associate level.
* Hands-on experience with EC2, Lambda, S3, and Python-based development.
* Experience building and deploying applications on AWS.
* Familiarity with GitLab for version control and Jira for agile project tracking.
