Airswift is seeking a Project Coordinator (ROV) to work in a permanent contract in Rio das Ostras with a major Oil & Gas Company.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and oversee project schedules, ensuring that goals are met on time.
Demonstrate confident leadership and ensure that all concerns raised by HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) are resolved before work begins.
Ensure that lessons learned from previous projects are incorporated into planning.
Ensure that all project incidents are reported and investigated, and that necessary corrective actions are implemented.
Use and promote the use of knowledge management tools.
Assist in identifying and mitigating risks, as well as promoting opportunities within projects.
Monitor onshore/offshore operations and provide guidance to site managers.
Cooperate with other projects and departments to ensure the overall efficiency of company resources, including vessels, equipment, and personnel.
Ensure deliverables are produced across all departments according to internal procedures and on time.
Assist in identifying, preparing, and pursuing payment for contract variances.
Provide feedback on team performance and assist in development as needed.
Maintain contact with the client to advance the project and ensure a professional working relationship.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Bachelor's)
Advanced English - Required
Experience and/or technical knowledge of ROVs
