Role
Develop sales planning based on the product project OR propose an improvement plan in the company's sales process, through the definition of KPIs, deadlines, results planning and ROI.
Implementation of the sales process, through a clear execution routine.
Develop/evolve the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool in a strategic way to measure the achievement of goals.
Analyze the conversion rate within each sales process, with clear goals and projections for improving efficiency.
Propose an improvement plan in the implemented sales process, based on the main bottlenecks, with the goal of increasing lead conversion for customers and new markets.
