### What You’ll Do
- Cold call real estate agents across the U.S.
- Start real conversations (not robotic scripts)
- Identify serious agents and create opportunities
- Improve messaging, scripts, and approach over time
This is a production role first.
Leadership opportunity comes after results.
### Who This Is For
- Fluent or near-native English (non-negotiable)
- Proven sales experience (cold calling preferred)
- Highly disciplined—shows up daily and executes
- Thinks independently and adapts in real conversations
- Competitive and internally driven

- Script readers who can’t think on their feet
- People who need motivation to do their job
- Anyone without a track record of winning

### Compensation (We Win – You Win)
- Base salary starting at $1,000/month USD
- Performance-based commission with strong upside
- High performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more as results scale
