We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Executive to drive the regional sales and affiliate partnership efforts in Brazil. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing new affiliate partners, driving the region's growth, and developing strategic relationships to elevate the company's market position. This full-time role will provide an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the company's expansion while focusing on affiliate partnerships to deliver measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities: Affiliate Partner Acquisition & Management: Identify, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners, merchants, and strategic partners to expand the company's affiliate network and drive revenue growth in Brazil. Partnership Development & Negotiation: Negotiate affiliate terms, contracts, and collaboration agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Work closely with the marketing team to create tailored campaigns and offers that align with affiliate partners' audiences and Bybit's brand. Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with affiliates, monitoring the performance of partnerships, and providing ongoing support and resources to optimize results. Foster long-term relationships with affiliates, ensuring they have the tools, incentives, and resources to succeed. Act as the main point of contact for affiliates, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Affiliate Onboarding: Guide new affiliates through the onboarding process, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and understanding of the company's offerings to drive performance. Market Insights & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive strategies, and new affiliate opportunities. Use these insights to refine outreach and acquisition strategies. Sales & Affiliate Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to affiliate performance, client acquisition, and outreach efforts. Report progress to the Country Manager and provide strategic feedback to improve future efforts. Administrative & Organizational Support: Oversee administrative tasks related to affiliate management, including record-keeping, scheduling meetings, managing communication, and preparing performance reports. Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of events focused on building affiliate partnerships, such as affiliate conferences, merchant meetups, or industry workshops. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, affiliate marketing, or business development with a focus on managing relationships and partnerships. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch affiliate opportunities and build rapport with key stakeholders. Strategic mindset with a keen understanding of affiliate marketing trends, market dynamics, and how to leverage them for business success. Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects, managing time effectively, and keeping affiliate partners engaged and satisfied. Self-starter with a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for driving business results through affiliate partnerships.
