We're looking for someone strategic who can manage multiple client relationships, analyze campaign performance, and guide email marketing strategy. You'll work closely with the founder and collaborate with a creative and fulfillment team responsible for campaign execution.What You'll Do: Client Management Own communication with assigned client accounts Act as the main bridge between clients and the internal team Manage expectations and coordinate requests internally Email Marketing Strategy Develop and oversee email marketing strategies for DTC brands Guide campaign direction and content planning Ensure campaigns align with broader marketing strategy Performance & Data Analysis Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities Use tools likeKlaviyoto evaluate results Provide recommendations based on performance data Account Oversight Manage ~13 client accounts Coordinate internally to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothlyRequirements: Experience working withDTC eCommerce brands Strong understanding ofemail marketing performance Experience withKlaviyo Comfortable managing multiple client relationships Strategic mindset with strong communication skillsWorking Structure: • 20 hours per week • Core hours:11 AM – 3 PM EST • Some flexibility to respond to clients when neededThis role reports directly to theFounderand has the potential togrow into a full-time position (40h/week)as the business scales.How to apply?
