Responsibilities and DutiesLead the design, architecture, and development of autonomous AI Agents, leveraging LLMs, advanced techniques such as RAG, and agent-specific frameworks;Develop full-stack applications that support and interact with AI Agents, using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js to build the necessary interfaces and systems;Explore and experiment with emerging technologies and frameworks in the agentic space, fostering innovation and shaping best practices;Collaborate with product and design teams to define the behavior, capabilities, and goals of AI Agents, translating business requirements into robust agentic solutions;Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews, testing, and documentation, while mentoring other engineers on development best practices. Essential SkillsSolid experience in software engineering, with proven expertise in writing clean, maintainable code and leveraging modern CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality and automate delivery;Hands-on and up-to-date knowledge of Generative AI, including experience building and implementing features with LLMs in real-world products;Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including system design, API architecture, code quality, and testing.
