We are looking for a PEGA Decision Developer, with experience in Customer Decision Hub.
This is a position that is open in Portugal. You will assist you in the emigration process.
This position requires the execution of PEGA strategies within the Commercial Transformation ecosystems, including OneApp, Web, Push Notification, and Telemarketing. The individual will be responsible for configuring strategies specific to digital channels, running simulations of these channels, and providing valuable input to the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and maintain PEGA strategies to Commercial Transformation channels (OneApp, Web, Push Notification and Telemarketing)
Configure script HTML for PEGA strategies with Price Items
Configure A/B testing to new strategies to exclusive to digital channels
Runs simulations of digital channels and provide input to commercial team
Create technical designs and conduct PEGA code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality code
Provide support and troubleshooting for PEGA strategies in production within Digital Ecosystem
Participate in Agile development processes including daily stand-up, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand project requirements
Requirements
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in developing Pega strategies
Experience with PEGA Customer Decision Hub.
Strong understanding of Pega CVM strategies and features
Experience with case management and process flows in Pega
Ability to design and develop custom user interfaces using Pega UI components
Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with business stakeholders
Nice to have:
Pega certification
Experience with agile development methodologies
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices
