Business Development Manager

* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and expand key accounts across LATAM by fostering strong relationships with brand owners, contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level business plans to capture new opportunities.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and protect market share.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets through accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
* Maintain expert knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA).
Requirements:
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* A deep understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B.
* A proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close deals across multiple countries.
* Language: Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; English is a plus.
* A self-starter comfortable working remotely, with excellent territory/time management skills.
* Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across LATAM as required.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM (ZOHO preferred).
