We consider persons with disabilities for all opportunities.Coordinate with production and logistics departments to plan shipment schedules aligned with weekly/monthly production and optimization plans; organize orders and inquiries based on product type, volume, and market understanding. Regularly update price lists and inform clients about new products/services.Monitor publications from governmental and private organizations to identify new market opportunities and coordinate communications. Maintain close communication with BRF Direct Exports and DDP teams to enhance market understanding.Develop and maintain strong client relationships to increase profitability; address and resolve client complaints collaboratively with quality assurance and other departments. Serve as the main contact point between clients and internal teams.Supervise account teams assigned to each client and collaborate with advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics teams to meet client needs.Prepare regular sales reports, track account progress, goals, and forecasts. Understand clients' needs thoroughly and provide customized solutions.Negotiate contracts and ensure deadlines are met for long-term client goals. Follow legal procedures and regulations in coordination with the corporate affairs department, adjusting strategies as needed.RequirementsUniversity degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fieldsAt least 3 years of relevant experienceAdvanced proficiency in English; Arabic is preferredWillingness to travelKnowledge and SkillsProficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilitiesStay tuned to our website for the latest job opportunities!
