With operations in over 150 countries, Sycomp supports Fortune 500 clients and partners worldwide.SummaryWe seek a motivated Service Desk Engineer to deliver exceptional technical support across a range of business applications. Fluent English and Spanish are required; additional languages are a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first‑ and second‑line technical support via email and remote tools for Office 365, Salesforce, Slack, and other business applications.Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests across multiple platforms.Deliver professional, customer‑focused interactions and translate technical issues into clear, user‑friendly language.Escalate unresolved issues appropriately and ensure timely follow‑up.Adhere to ITIL‑aligned processes for incident, problem, and change management.Monitor and meet SLA requirements for all client requests.Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, changes, and resolutions.Create and update knowledge‑base articles for recurring issues.Administer user accounts, permissions, and configurations in Office 365, Salesforce, and Slack.Qualifications & SkillsFluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).2+ years of experience in an MSP environment.Hands‑on experience with Salesforce or similar ticketing platforms.Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Core CompetenciesTechnical troubleshootingCustomer service orientationCommunication & documentationTime managementProblem‑solvingProcess disciplineCollaborationAttention to detailSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionInformation TechnologySycomp is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
