Senior Programmatic Sales Manager – Connected TV (CTV)
Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is an essential requirement for this role. Applications without Mandarin proficiency will not be considered.
Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving revenue through the sale of premium programmatic Connected TV (CTV) advertising solutions to advertisers, agencies, trading desks, and demand-side platforms across international markets.
The position combines consultative sales execution with a strong understanding of programmatic media trading and the ad-tech ecosystem. The successful candidate will own senior programmatic sales relationships, structure and negotiate Private Marketplace (PMP) and Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) deals, and build long-term, renewable partnerships with key demand-side stakeholders.
Working closely with marketing, operations, and revenue teams, the role supports campaign delivery and produces post-campaign insights that demonstrate measurable value and inform future growth.
This opportunity is suited to an experienced programmatic or digital media sales professional with strong agency and DSP relationships, confidence operating across global markets, and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through direct sales of premium programmatic CTV advertising solutions
Own and manage senior relationships with advertisers, agencies, trading desks, and DSP partners
Structure, negotiate, and close PMP and Programmatic Guaranteed deals
Act as a consultative partner to clients, aligning campaign objectives with programmatic strategies
Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and revenue teams to support campaign execution
Monitor campaign performance and ensure delivery aligns with commercial expectations
Produce post-campaign analysis and reporting to demonstrate ROI and inform future planning
Maintain a strong understanding of trends in CTV, programmatic media, and the broader ad-tech landscape
Identify and develop new revenue opportunities across international markets
Requirements
Fluent Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) — mandatory
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Proven experience in programmatic, CTV, or digital media sales
Established relationships with agencies, advertisers, trading desks, or DSPs
Demonstrated experience selling PMP and Programmatic Guaranteed inventory
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising technologies and workflows
Ability to articulate complex technical solutions in clear commercial terms
Experience working across international markets and time zones
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
High level of autonomy and commercial discipline
Compensation & Role Details Salary: Up to USD 143,000 (base or total package, depending on structure) Employment Type : Full-time, permanent Work Model: Flexible or hybrid, depending on location
