Overview
Join the Sodexo team as GERENTE UNIDADE OPERACIONAL III (NUTRICIONISTA COM INGLÊS) to lead a high‑impact food unit in Brazil's corporate segment.
Responsibilities
* Supervise all service processes, ensuring customer excellence and compliance with contractual terms.
* Analyze qualitative and quantitative results, devise action plans, and innovate to optimize unit performance and customer experience.
* Plan, create, and monitor the annual budget, driving attainment and continuous improvement.
* Lead the team, applying HR policies, recruitment, integration, and activity direction; promote clear communication, technical, behavioral, and health and safety training; maintain an engaged, updated, and productive workforce.
* Operate in a large‑scale corporate environment, serving a VIP lobby.
Qualifications
* Full‑time university degree in Nutrition, with an active CRN.
* Previous experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN) and in multidisciplinary leadership.
* Valid CNH.
* Car ownership (desirable).
* Proficiency in English (advanced).
