We’re here to better our world with biology. At Novonesis, we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive MarCom Analyst Jr to join our Latin America team. This role will support the Regional Marketing & Communications function for the Planetary Health division in Latin America, with a strong emphasis on customer‑focused events execution, reporting to the Head of Marketing.
MarCom Analyst (temporary)
You will support the Marketing & Communications execution for the Latin American region, assisting in organizing initiatives that ensure commercial messages and marketing activities are delivered efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines, contributing to the success of the Planetary Health division.
In This Role – Main Responsibilities
Supporting the planning and logistics of customer‑focused events, such as trade shows, workshops, and regional conferences, ensuring organization and operational excellence.
Assisting in the creation, review, and localization of marketing materials for regional campaigns, including presentations, brochures, product sheets, and campaign assets, while following brand guidelines.
Preparing materials for customer meetings, partnering with the commercial team to create visually engaging and impactful content in accordance with brand guidelines.
Maintaining marketing project organization, updating internal trackers, calendars and communication plans to keep all stakeholders aligned.
Supporting communication flow with agencies and Regional Marketing Managers, assisting with briefings, material reviews and follow‑ups on deadlines.
Assisting in budget control and administrative tasks, organizing invoices, consolidating costs and updating internal reports.
Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail
Proactive, adaptable, and solution‑oriented approach
Ability to organize multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Good written and verbal communication skills
Teamwork mindset and comfort working with cross‑functional stakeholders
Potentially Relevant Experience
Internship or academic experience in marketing, communications or events is a plus
Interest or basic exposure to content creation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Adobe) and project management
Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and customer‑facing communication
Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
