Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting business process analysis, designing and configuring solutions, data analysis and reporting, testing and training, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Quote, Order, and Contract Management Testing.
* Business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagrams.
* Salesforce configuration and administration.
* Basic programming/scripting (Apex, SOQL) is advantageous.
Additionally, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, effective oral and written communication, requirement gathering and documentation, process mapping and diagramming, and stakeholder management and facilitation are essential for this role.
