About Agile Transformation
We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to join our Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
* Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions
Required Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with distributed, global teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset
* Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
* Adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
Soft Skills
Ability to challenge ideas constructively and negotiate pushback when needed
Education & Certifications
SAFe certification is highly desired

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
