We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Client Relationship Manager to manage communication between our clients and our team. This role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
The Client Relationship Manager will serve as the primary contact for our clients, managing their needs and ensuring seamless communication between them and our team. You will be responsible for driving projects forward, maintaining timelines, and keeping all stakeholders informed.
Your key responsibilities will include:
 * Establishing strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
 * Communicating client needs and expectations clearly to the team.
 * Monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery of tasks and updates.
 * Proactively resolving issues, anticipating client needs, and addressing concerns promptly.
 * Regularly updating clients on the project status, keeping them informed and confident.
To achieve success, you will utilize tools like Slack, Clickup, Microsoft Office & Google Sheets to manage communication, track progress, and organize tasks. Training can be provided for low-code tools like Replo.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in account management, client-facing roles, or project coordination. Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, and Clickup is preferred.
