Engineering Manager – Playlist (Full Stack / Backend)
Your role
As an Engineering Manager, you’ll be leading a full stack or backend team focused on one of the key opportunities for Playlist.
What you will do

Empower your engineering team to deliver a high level of technical quality and business impact.
Recruit a diverse team of engineers that are amongst the best in the industry, from outreach to closing.
Manage a team of engineers and help develop their careers with stretch responsibilities and excellent feedback.
Be actively involved in strategic direction and product decisions for your team.
Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of Playlist's engineering management team.

About the right team member
You are an experienced engineer turned successful people leader who is passionate about creating impactful and high-quality web applications. You have deep experience in at least one aspect of developing a world class web application and you can manage a high performing team through the entire process.
You’ll thrive in this role with experience in:

3+ years of directly managing a full stack or backend engineering team of at least 6 people.
Experience shipping high quality websites or mobile applications.
You have established the architecture and best practices for web or mobile applications and their backends.
You have a proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute.

THE ROLE – Manager I of Engineering
The Manager I of Engineering plays a key leadership role, directly managing a small team of software engineers. This role is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality software projects, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture, and supporting the professional growth of engineers.
In addition to leading day‑to‑day execution, this manager contributes to tactical decision‑making, participates in architectural discussions, and ensures engineering efforts are aligned with project goals. The Manager I collaborates closely with product, design, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver solutions that support Syniti’s broader mission.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage and support a team of software engineers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and regular performance feedback to support individual growth.
Guide the team in applying engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and secure development.
Participate in architectural and technical design discussions, ensuring sound engineering decisions.
Collaborate closely with product and cross‑functional teams to align priorities and deliver value.
Help shape a positive and inclusive team culture that fosters engagement, learning, and innovation.
Identify and address delivery risks, blockers, or process gaps within the team’s scope.
Contribute to hiring and onboarding of new engineers, and support team scaling efforts.

WHAT IT TAKES

Proven experience as a team lead or first‑line engineering manager in a software development environment.
Strong technical foundation in modern software development (e.g., C#, Go, React, TypeScript, AWS).
Familiarity with agile development methodologies, DevOps practices, and software delivery processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and support the growth of engineering team members.
Experience participating in technical design, architecture reviews, and secure development practices.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, distributed, and cross‑functional environment.

Senior Software Engineering Manager – TGA Fund (Silicon Valley Consulting)
As Silicon Valley Consulting we help companies improve their ads by building custom martech solutions. You'll be working for Silicon Valley Consulting's child company TGA Fund, a venture builder studio that invests in and creates new startups in‑house.
You are being considered for a senior software engineering manager role that requires hands‑on platform leadership, decisive communication, and engineering expertise.

Be in charge of the given quarterly budget and manage engineering contractors.
Interview engineering candidates.
Script code during crunch times.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency with backend service technologies (Java, Go, JavaScript), RESTful API development, and modern engineering best practices.
Experience with data systems (SQL/NoSQL), messaging technologies (Kafka), containerized environments (Kubernetes), and UI technologies.
Familiarity with AI/ML ecosystems, including large language models, agentic AI, or AI productivity tools.
Typically 4+ years of engineering experience, with at least 1 year leading multiple teams and senior level talent.
Solid understanding of system design, architecture principles, UI frameworks, and API‑driven ecosystems.
Experience building or contributing to large‑scale marketplace or platform products.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD, observability, and production operations.
Ability to partner across teams and operate effectively in dynamic or ambiguous situations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Commitment to fostering a healthy, inclusive team culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous learning.
Optional: The role is part‑time with Base pay $280‑$500 per month (part‑time).

Senior Anaplan Technical Lead

Hands‑on experience in Anaplan model development and support.
Team player responsible for end‑to‑end application development and operations support.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and provide solutions, root cause analysis for incidents raised by business users/L1 team.
Troubleshoot issues related to application access, process, scripts, etc.
Handle Anaplan planned downtimes individually.
In case of incident with a product quality issue, ensure PR is created and tagged against the incident before closing.
Perform UAT testing for projects owned by operations such as new market adoption, simple logic change, etc.
Prepare, present changes in change advisory board and own production implementation.
Coordinate and manage discussions with other support teams and business users.
Effectively communicate with stakeholders and business users.
Think creatively to solve the user problem with a holistic and simple solution.
Drive best practices within teams with respect to operations standards and guidelines.
Ability to learn and adapt to new frameworks/technologies.

Mandatory Skills

Strong knowledge of Anaplan Connect, ALM sync, NUX and Cloudworks.
Anaplan Professional Model Builder / Professional Solution Architect certified.
Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving incidents raised by business users and L1 Support.
Good knowledge of troubleshooting and fixing job execution failures.
Ability to analyse /root cause PRs created for the Anaplan support models.
Prior work experience in Anaplan Support projects.
Availability to work in US Central Time.
Availability to regularly travel to St. Louis.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

Basic knowledge of Cloud Services.
Ability to work independently and interact with business community, L3 team to come up with solutions.
Knowledge of testing tools like Playwright / Selenium.

Smart Energy Water (SEW) – Senior SAP Technical Leader
We are seeking a Senior SAP Technical Leader with deep expertise across SAP’s core and cloud platforms to design and deliver scalable, future‑ready solutions for utility enterprises.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP solutions across S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Service Cloud V2, and SAP IS‑U.
Architect clean core, upgrade‑safe extensibility using ABAP, OData, RAP, and SAP‑recommended extension frameworks.
Define and execute integration strategies across SAP and non‑SAP systems (APIs, events, middleware).
Design scalable, high‑performance architectures that support enterprise and utility‑specific requirements.
Serve as the technical point of contact for complex initiatives, guiding development teams and solution partners.
Ensure solutions align with SAP best practices, security standards, and long‑term platform roadmaps.
Optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability across the SAP landscape.
Collaborate with functional leads, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

Extensive hands‑on experience with SAP ABAP.
Strong expertise in OData services, REST APIs, and SAP integration patterns.
Deep knowledge of SAP IS‑U in utility enterprise environments.
Experience with SAP Service Cloud V2 and SAP CX integrations.
Solid understanding of SAP BTP, including extension, integration, and API management services.
Strong background in system integration, performance tuning, and scalability.
Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.
Utility industry experience.
Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
Fluency in Spanish is highly required.

OSF Digital – Back‑End Technical Lead
The ideal candidate will lead a team of back‑end developers, ensure technical excellence across projects, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑performance and reliable digital applications aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of back‑end developers, providing technical guidance and performance support.
Design and implement robust, scalable, and high‑performance back‑end architectures.
Oversee server‑side logic, database design and maintenance, ensuring responsiveness to front‑end requests.
Ensure code quality, consistency, and maintainability through code reviews and best practices.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Front‑End Developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Back‑End Developer with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring development teams.
Strong knowledge of back‑end programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or .NET.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and web server technologies.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Proficiency with version control tools such as Git.
Strong understanding of server‑side logic, scalability, and performance optimization.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in English is required.
