3+ years of directly managing a full stack or backend engineering team of at least 6 people.
Experience shipping high quality websites or mobile applications.

THE ROLE – Manager I of Engineering
The Manager I of Engineering plays a key leadership role, directly managing a small team of software engineers. This role is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality software projects, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture, and supporting the professional growth of engineers.
In addition to leading day‑to‑day execution, this manager contributes to tactical decision‑making, participates in architectural discussions, and ensures engineering efforts are aligned with project goals. Hands‑on experience in Anaplan model development and support.
Team player responsible for end‑to‑end application development and operations support.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and provide solutions, root cause analysis for incidents raised by business users/L1 team.

Handle Anaplan planned downtimes individually.
