Job Description
As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams in the customer data ecosystem. Your primary objective will be to facilitate agile methodologies and drive change management within the organization.
Key areas of focus include facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, as well as removing obstacles that hinder team progress.
* Team Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth workflow and effective collaboration.
* Coaching and Mentorship: Coach teams on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks and providing guidance on managing dependencies between teams.
* Process Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting Agile best practices and encouraging innovation.
Additionally, you will collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
