Job Title: Executive Assistant
As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless business processes and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
You will manage complex meeting schedules, coordinate events, prepare Board materials, and handle administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Heavy calendar management, including international participants
2. Event coordination, project management, and logistics
3. Board preparation, including communication and meeting materials
4. Preparation of electronic files, proofreading for spelling and grammar
5. Travel coordination, including itineraries and expense reimbursement
