Business Analyst Role Overview
As a key member of the design team, you will be partnering with business stakeholders and solution architects to drive innovation and deliver value-added features for sales, marketing, and billing teams.
The role involves assessing business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds. This includes facilitating requirements gathering and functional design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include documenting detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories), presenting live product demos, and preparing release notes for end users.
Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, 2+ years of experience in business analysis or product design, and a strong background in requirements gathering and process mapping.
