Job Responsibilities
Recruitment SupportAssist in posting job information in Portuguese/English, screening resumes, and coordinating interview arrangements;Participate in campus recruitment activities, liaise with Brazilian university student communities, and expand talent channels.Employee Relations ManagementAssist in handling onboarding, offboarding, and visa procedures for Brazilian employees, ensuring compliance with local labor laws;Plan employee care activities (e.g., holiday celebrations, cultural exchanges) to promote cross-cultural team integration.Training and DevelopmentAssist in organizing Portuguese/Chinese language skills training, new employee onboarding training, and follow up on training effectiveness evaluations;Maintain training records and update HR system data.Cross-Department CollaborationSupport communication and coordination between headquarters and the Brazilian team, translating HR-related documents (Chinese-Portuguese/English);Participate in HR projects (e.g., performance optimization, employee satisfaction surveys) and provide data support.Job Requirements
Language SkillsFluent in Portuguese (written and spoken), English as a working language, fluency in Chinese is preferred.Educational BackgroundCurrent student or recent graduate, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields.Skills and ExperienceFamiliar with basic HR modules (recruitment, employee relations), internship experience in multinational companies is preferred;Proficient in Excel and PPT, with basic knowledge of HR system operations.Personal QualitiesAdaptable to cross-cultural work environments, with strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit;Understanding of Brazilian social culture and ability to quickly learn local labor regulations.Internship Benefits
