Job Position: TAM (refer to TAM Jesus Colmenares in Chile and TAM Antonio Galvan in Mexico)
Main Responsibilities:
1. The primary responsibility is the certification of Brazil's Anatel, with subsequent further coverage of certifications in countries such as Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay
2. Provide technical support for sales in business operations, and in the future, support the development of operator channels based on business needs.
3. Follow-up on product after-sales issues and market feedback, technical support for local manufacturing (e.G., on-site problem resolution involving memory and chargers)
Personnel Requirements :
1. Familiar with the Brazilian Anatel certification process, with rich experience in mobile phone hardware and software testing
2. Experience in OEM-related work is preferred, and experience in Anatel laboratory testing is also preferred.
3. More than three years of relevant work experience, strong communication skills, and fluent spoken English
