Business Development Manager Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our organization as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage existing client accounts within assigned territories to foster growth and identify new business opportunities.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue generation.
* Acquire new key accounts within assigned territories to expand our client base.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Skill Requirements:
* Influencing and negotiation skills: Ability to thrive in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Autonomy and results delivery: Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Commercial knowledge of travel & hospitality industries: Solid experience and knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* B2B commercial knowledge: Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
* Project management skills.
* Languages: Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
