High-Fidelity 3D Rendering Specialist
Our team is seeking an expert High-Fidelity 3D Rendering Specialist to generate stunning, hyper-realistic 3D visuals and clean motion assets for our diverse portfolio of brands.
This role requires exceptional skill in achieving professional authenticity and meticulous attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with Graphic Designers and other team members to translate creative concepts into precise, high-quality visuals, ensuring consistent and professional execution for all our business-focused content.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience as a 3D designer and possess a strong portfolio that showcases expertise in high-definition, commercial-style 3D visualizations, expert image compositing, and 3D animation.
The following are key requirements for this position:
1. Develop high-end, hyper-realistic product and lifestyle scenes, including advanced image compositing (photomontages), from various reference materials.
2. Create professional 3D product animations (e.g., product rotations, camera moves, and simple showcases).
3. Help us set new standards for the modeling, texturing, lighting of our products, with an absolute dedication to visual authenticity.
4. Accurately translate design concepts into detailed 3D models.
5. Develop high-resolution final images and video assets of rendered content.
6. Successfully balance and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
7. Work with varied project briefs, cooperate with Graphic Designers, and support the wider Creative team.
8. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, adapting to the distinct visual approaches required for our various brands.
9. Uphold design standards, including consistent file-naming structures and meticulous folder organisation.
Key skills and qualifications include:
* Expert proficiency in Cinema 4D. Experience with Octane Render is highly preferred.
* A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in high-definition, commercial-style 3D visualizations, expert image compositing, and 3D animation.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required. You must be able to fluently communicate and clearly articulate technical 3D constraints to non-technical team members.
* 4+ years' experience as a 3D designer, ideally with a background in graphic/animation studios, advertising agencies, or in-house creative departments.
* A proactive interest in emerging 3D technologies and willingness to explore AI-powered tools to optimise workflows and push creative boundaries.
* An excellent understanding of composition, visual veracity, texture, illumination, and materials, with a focus on customer-centricity.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and knowledge of the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
