Podcast Content Creator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Podcast Content Creator to manage the full production workflow of our weekly interview podcast.
The ideal candidate will have real podcast producing experience, excellent written English, and strong project management skills.
* Manage all communication with guests from initial outreach to post-episode follow-up
* Schedule interviews, send confirmations/reminders, and provide prep materials
* Collect bios, headshots, books, links, and required release forms
* Prepare episode briefs and host prep sheets
* Review raw audio/video and provide clear, detailed edit notes to the editor
* Restructure episodes when needed for clarity, flow, and narrative arc
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage guest communications and relationships throughout the episode process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with guests, including sending reminders and prep materials
• Collect and organize necessary materials from guests, such as bios and headshots
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in podcast producing or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills, including ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
