Technical Cutover Lead
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Technical Cutover Manager to lead our end-to-end SAP technical activities. As a key member of our project team, you will guide our efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Co-leading end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to ensure successful project execution.
* Leading and coordinating technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborating with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned sequence.
* Managing and documenting traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
You will track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through various channels. Your expertise in SAP technical cutover management, configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is essential for managing all technical activities of other technical cutover resources.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience with projects involving successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies are preferred.
