We are seeking a skilled video editor to join our team in creating high-impact, direct-response advertising content.
The ideal candidate will have experience in editing for DTC and eCommerce brands, preferably in beauty, health, or supplements.
Responsibilities:
* Edit raw creator footage, UGC clips, and b-roll into persuasive short-form ads (15-90 seconds) and VSLs that drive sales across various platforms.
* Craft engaging hooks, deploy engagement disruptors, optimize pacing for platform algorithms, and A/B test visual approaches based on performance data.
* Apply post-production techniques such as color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and seamless transitions using industry-standard software.
* Rapidly iterate and test new concepts with our creative strategist to ensure campaign success.
You will have access to premium stock libraries, SFX collections, motion graphics templates, and AI tools to enhance your efficiency.
Requirements:
* Fluent English fluency.
* At least 2 years of experience in editing for DTC/eCommerce brands, preferably in beauty, health, or supplements.
* A portfolio demonstrating direct response ads that drove conversions.
* Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve + After Effects.
* Deep understanding of Meta/YouTube Shorts specs and algorithm-friendly editing patterns.
* Native fluency with UGC aesthetics versus polished brand content.
The successful candidate will be self-directed, detail-oriented, and possess excellent collaboration skills.
