* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
* Monitor ROAS, ad budgets, revenue, and core KPIs to optimize campaigns
* Develop and execute creative testing campaigns to identify trends and opportunities
* Create performance marketing reports to accurately display analytics and results
* Strategize on ways to improve overall marketing strategy to increase effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field OR 3-4 years of experience OR alternative education experience
* Prior experience working for an e-commerce brand or advertising agency preferred
* Proficient in Facebook & Google Ads management for e-commerce brands
* Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and analytical skills
