About the Role
The Kronos / UKG WFM Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements and supporting the implementation, configuration, upgrade, and integration of UKG Workforce Management solutions (formerly Kronos).
The role works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of WFM solutions aligned with business and operational needs.
Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Workforce Management (time & attendance, scheduling, labor rules, pay rules, etc.).
* Translate business requirements into functional and technical design specifications.
* Configure and support UKG Workforce Management platforms (UKG Pro WFM / Workforce Central).
* Support end‑to‑end implementation, upgrades, and migrations from WFC to UKG Pro WFM.
* Design, execute, and support functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Work closely with technical, integration, and offshore teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
* Support data extraction, validation, and migration activities.
* Coordinate with project managers to meet project milestones, timelines, and delivery commitments.
* Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.
* Support post‑implementation activities and ongoing enhancements as required.
* Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Required Technical Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 7–10+ years of experience working with Kronos / UKG Workforce Management solutions.
* Strong experience with UKG Workforce Central and/or UKG Pro WFM.
* Advanced English Level - B2 + - C1
* Solid experience in requirements gathering and functional solution design.
* Experience supporting system testing, integrations, and UAT.
* Understanding of WFM modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Pay Rules, Activities, and Reporting.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong stakeholder and client‑facing skills.
* Ability to work independently in complex environments.
Nice to have
* Experience with integrations to HR or payroll systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft).
* Experience in system upgrades or consolidations.
* Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
* Multilingual skills (Spanish / Portuguese preferred for LATAM roles).
