Revenue Growth Specialist
This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, complex sales projects, and ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing client accounts.
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing clients.
Sales Performance:
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
* Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
The Revenue Growth Specialist will work closely with other departments to support customer success, contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices, and gather market intelligence.
