Your work will directly drive sales across Meta, You Tube, and emerging platforms—with immediate feedback from millions of impressions monthly.
What You'll Actually Do
High-Volume Ad Production (40-60 ads/month): Transform raw creator footage, UGC clips, and b-roll into persuasive short-form ads (15-90 seconds) and VSLs that convert cold traffic into buyers. You'll work across multiple products and funnels simultaneously.
Master Direct Response Mechanics:
Craft hooks that stop thumbs in the first 3 seconds (pattern interrupts, bold claims, visual glitches)
Deploy engagement disruptors: kinetic typography, callout graphics, progress bars, emoji reactions
Optimize pacing for platform algorithms (Meta 9:16, You Tube Shorts)
A/B test visual approaches based on performance data
Post-Production Excellence Color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and seamless transitions using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Da Vinci Resolve. Your edits should feel polished but authentic—not overproduced.

Strong level of fluent English fluency (hard requirement)
2+ years editing for DTC/e Commerce brands (beauty, health, or supplements ideal)
