Business Development Executive Overview
The Business Development Executive will drive growth across LATAM by selling nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
2. Develop country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
3. Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
4. Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect market share.
6. Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
7. Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
8. Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
