Key Responsibilities

* Experience in structuring and maintaining consistent folder systems, naming conventions, and tagging standards for scalable DAM platforms.
* Strong quality assurance skills combined with human-in-the-loop support for AI tagging tools ensure accurate and reliable asset classification.
* Able to collaborate across teams to implement governance policies and metadata best practices, promoting a culture of data integrity.
* Proficient in training and onboarding users on the use and maintenance of structured DAM systems, enhancing user adoption and productivity.
* Familiarity with usage rights, compliance workflows, and content lifecycle management supports strategic decision-making and risk mitigation.
* Strategic mindset to embed librarian practices into decentralized teams, scaling metadata ownership over time.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in project management, communications, computational linguistics, or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years program or project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven projects.
* Experience in training data creation for AI prompt development, ensuring high-quality training datasets.
* Extensive experience managing large digital asset libraries, with a focus on data integrity and scalability.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and onboard users effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset, driving user satisfaction and loyalty.
