About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Servicenow Technical Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM and platform administration, with expertise in developing and maintaining ITSM workflows and modules.
 * Develop and maintain ITSM workflows and modules using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
 * Perform platform administration tasks including user management, roles, and permissions.
 * Assist in integrations and customizations as needed.
 * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
 * Participate in testing and deployment activities.
 * Maintain documentation for development and configuration.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
 * 3-5 years of experience in Servicenow development with ITSM focus.
 * Experience with platform administration and configuration.
 * Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
 * Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Able to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
 * Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
 * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
 * Desired certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD)
