Key Role in IT Support
As a critical team member, the IT Support Analyst will provide expert remote computer and IT system support to employees worldwide.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify issues and devise effective solutions
* Troubleshoot complex system, application, and hardware issues to minimize downtime
* Ensure timely updates on ticket progress to customers
* Collaborate with customers remotely to resolve technical problems efficiently
* Leverage internal knowledge bases and external resources to find innovative solutions
* Consistently update the ticket tracking system with accurate status and fixes
* Properly escalate issues to necessary parties as required
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree student preferably in Information Systems or equivalent program, or proven track record of IT experience required
* Knowledge delivering IT solutions within a corporate environment
* Experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments
* Experience in the industry preferred
* Additional skills in centrally managed computer environments and A/V support are beneficial
