We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to lead projects and deliver exceptional solutions.
This role involves managing the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of Salesforce projects, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and own the SDLC of Salesforce projects.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
* Design and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
* Manage offshore team and support existing Salesforce applications.
* Provide technical leadership to junior developers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience leading Salesforce projects through the full SDLC.
* Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and Salesforce declarative tools.
* Strong background in Salesforce Vlocity development, particularly with EPC/CPQ, CLM, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and IPs.
* Experience managing offshore teams and supporting existing Salesforce applications.
* Able to provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
* Proficient in performing code reviews and handling deployments using GitHub and Jenkins.
